What counts as a page?
A page is a normal website page with its own URL and purpose, such as Home, About, Services, Projects or Contact.
Sections within a page don't count as separate pages. A one-page website can still contain About, Services, Photos and Contact sections — they simply live together on one well-organised page.
What's outside these prices?
The fixed-price packages are for straightforward business websites. They don't include online stores, complex booking platforms, membership systems, customer portals, large databases, marketplaces, custom applications, complex integrations or large specialist copywriting projects.
If your project needs something outside a normal business website, we'll tell you before any work starts and scope it separately.
What might I still need to pay for?
Domain
If you already own one, we'll use it. If you need a new domain, it should be purchased in your name.
Hosting
Hosting remains separate. Caerus doesn't add a monthly margin to your hosting just to create recurring revenue.
Third-party services
If the site genuinely needs a paid external service, we'll tell you the cost before using it.
Two rounds of revisions are included.
Once you receive the first version, have a proper look through it and send us your changes. Two revision rounds are included in the package price.
We also stay in touch over WhatsApp during the build, so small questions and obvious issues can usually be sorted as we go.
What do I need to send you?
Normally: business name and contact details, services, logo if you have one, photos if you have them, existing website or social pages, areas you work in and anything specific customers need to know.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly written website document. Send through what you have and we'll work from there.
After launch.
There is no compulsory Caerus maintenance plan. If you need something changed later, get in touch and we can sort it separately. If the site doesn't need changing, you don't need to keep paying us every month.
Optional advertising.
Facebook and Instagram ad management is available from $150 + GST per month. Advertising spend is paid separately to Meta.
Pricing questions.
Why are your websites so affordable?
Most straightforward small-business websites are not technically complicated. Caerus keeps the process lean, avoids unnecessary project-management overhead and does not bundle the site into an expensive ongoing contract.
Are there compulsory monthly fees?
No. There is no compulsory Caerus website maintenance plan. If you want help with changes later, you can come back when you need it.
What about hosting?
Hosting is separate and Caerus does not add a monthly hosting markup. If a third-party service has an ongoing cost, you will know about it before the site goes live.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website built for your business is yours.
How long does it take?
For a standard website, the target is to have the first version ready for review within one week once we have the logo, photos, business information and content needed to start.
What do I need to provide?
Normally your business details, services, contact information, logo, photos, service areas and anything specific customers need to know. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly written website document.
What if I do not have all my wording ready?
Send through what you have. We can help organise the information into clear website copy, but large or specialist copywriting projects may need to be scoped separately.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes. We can connect an existing domain when the website is ready to go live.
