Information collected
When you complete the project enquiry form, Caerus receives the name, organisation, contact details, project context and other information you choose to provide. If you contact Caerus directly by email, the information in that message is also received.
How it is used
The information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare for an initial conversation and maintain a record of the requested business communication. It is not used to add you to a marketing list by default.
Form provider
The project enquiry form is provided through Jotform. Information submitted through that form is processed by Jotform and delivered to Caerus. Jotform may process technical information required to provide, secure and operate the form service.
Storage and access
Access to enquiry information is limited to people who need it to respond or operate the business. Relevant email, hosting and form providers may process the information as part of providing their services. Information should be retained only for as long as it remains useful for the business relationship, legal obligations or reasonable record keeping.
Analytics and cookies
The Caerus website does not include advertising or behavioural analytics scripts by default. The external enquiry form may use cookies or similar technology required by Jotform to provide and secure the form experience.
